200Mts from the beach, one room apartment with double-bed, sofa-bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The house has a veranda equipped with table and chairs and a garden. There is a washing machine. AIR CONDITIONED.

The house is surrounded by a garden and it is 200Mts far from the beach. Avola is in South Sicily. It has wonderful sandy beaches and a sea bed which is very rich of marine flora and fauna. Is not very far from the most important archaeological sites(Siracusa, Catania, Noto, Agrigento, Piazza Armerina).
