Villa Beschreibung:
Passerello Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of palms. On the ground floor of the villa there are a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, a storeroom and a large veranda. There is also an external kitchen with a wood-fired oven, an external shower and a barbeque. Upstairs there are a double-bed room, a room with 3 beds, a single room and a bathroom with shower. All the bed-rooms have a balcony. The villa has many comforts: air conditioned, washing machine, towels and bed linen, iron, hairdryer. You can take small domestic animals on request. It's possible to have free medical care.

The villa is about 1500 Mts. far from the beach,it is in a luxuriant cultivated land with olive trees, citrus fruit orchard and palm trees; the villa is between Balestrate and Trappeto at about 25 km from Palermo Falcone-Borsellino airport and about 40 km from Trapani Birgi airport; about 35 km far from Palermo city and about 45 km far from Trapani. Balestrate is in a strategic position to visit the most important archaeological sites as Agrigento, Segesta, Selinunte, Gibellina, Erix, Monreale Cathedral, Carini Castle, Cefalù, Taormina and Siracusa.
