Ground floor: Living room with kitchen, lounge and dining area. In the dining area there is a sofa-bed. This level leads straight out to the terrace. Few steps up lead to the shower/bath with inclusive wc, or else to the main entrance.
Upstairs: under the roof, a flight of steps leads to an open mezzanine whit a large double bed.
Hi.Fi., Cd player, DVD and sat.tv. Central heating and air conditioner. Terrace with patio furniture. Independent main entrance from the road(in common with next door Gelsomino House).
Lage:
The house is in the country, in a very good position.The sea is 4km far and from the house you can reach, in a very short time, all the most important archaeological sites of West Sicily(Agrigento and la Valle dei Templi, Selinunte, Eraclea and Segesta).
