A family run guest named UNDER THE VOLCANO lies at the feet of the highest active volcano in Europe, Mt. Etna. The guest house is located in Nicolosi - Mascalucia (10 minutes from the A18 Catania Messina highway exit tangenziale Gravina) only fifteen minutes from the center of Catania. Then most interesting sites of eastern Sicily are a few kilometers away.

The garden of the guest house is scented with jasmin flowers and lit with the bright yellow of the mountain broom bushes, it is a calm ideal place for nature lovers. Rooms with independent entrance, room for disabled, private bath and TV, Heating and Air conditioning, car park and private garden. The food prepared is an excellent example of typical local cuisine.
