Villa Carrozza, stately home of the Marqesses of St. Leonardo, is situated
in a particularly beautiful position, at the top of a hill. It is surrounded
by a large park and its special facilities include a swimming pool, a
private chapel, garages, a games room and a library where many ancient
books may be consulted.with ancient books available.
All the rooms are furnished with genuine antique furniture. Unfortunately,
however, there are no facilities for the disabled.
Small domestic animals are welcome.
The villa is also available for ceremonies, meetings, fashion shows, and luncheons and dinners.
Accommodations
In the villa there are five bedrooms (three double bedrooms and
two single bed rooms), two bathrooms, and a kitchen.
Also available is a small dependance with a double bedroom, another room
with a sofa bed and a kitchenette, a bathroom and a large ground-level
terrace equipped with tables, chairs and sunshades.
How to get to Villa Carrozza
Villa Carrozza is 10 km far from Taormina, 20 km from Messina, and only
300 metres from the sea. It is 2 km from the Roccalumera toll gate on
the A18 Highway and 1km from the railway stations at Roccalumera and Nizza
di Sicily.
