In the apartment there are: a living room with a fire-place facing a beautifully furnished terrace, which is 100 square metres and has a view with the sea on the horizon, a dining room, a kitchen, a single bedroom with access onto the terrace from which it is possible to enjoy a wonderful view of the far away sea, a double bedroom with private bathroom, another double bedroom, a twin bedroom and an other bathroom with shower. Finally the house has an other 70 square metres big terrace.

The villa is available all the year. The prices include all the costs except final cleaning which will be € 60. Electricity is an extra cost in winter because of the heating
